The System Provider is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or failure to use the Hotel Management System.

Either party may terminate the agreement for any reason by providing written notice. Upon termination, the user's access to the system will be disabled.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the system provider is located. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

The system provider reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
