The hotel management system is licensed, not sold, to the user for their internal use. The license is non-transferable and non-exclusive.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed under their account.

The hotel management system may collect and store personal and sensitive information. The system provider will take reasonable measures to protect this data and comply with applicable data protection laws.

The system provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and reliability of the hotel management system. However, they are not liable for any disruptions or downtime.

The system provider may offer technical support and maintenance services. The terms and conditions for such services, including response times and fees, should be clearly defined.

The hotel management system and its components are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing the system without prior written consent from the provider.

The System Provider is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or failure to use the Hotel Management System.

Either party may terminate the agreement for any reason by providing written notice. Upon termination, the user's access to the system will be disabled.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the system provider is located. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

The system provider reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
